GOAL
To increase visitor engagement at the stand, boost attendance at pavilion events, connect separate interactive experiences into one unified system, simplify navigation and audience communication, and present economic topics in an engaging game-based format.
CONCEPT
As part of the “Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030” forum-festival, a Telegram bot was developed for the “Moscow Economy” pavilion. The bot became the key connecting element for all interactive experiences at the stand. Technical support for the bot was also provided throughout the entire event.
A physical game board was installed at the pavilion and synchronized with the Telegram bot. Visitors registered at the reception desk, launched the bot, and followed a gamified route: moving across the board, rolling dice, answering questions, completing quests and tests, earning points, and progressing toward prizes.
The bot served as the “control center” of the exhibition: It guided visitors through all interactive experiences at the stand. It collected and summarized points earned across different games. It informed users about lectures and pavilion events. It supported a unified game scenario across the entire exhibition.
Additional Quests
City quests around Moscow were also developed around economic themes. Participants visited real locations across the city and answered questions integrated into the bot’s mechanics.
Result
A unique Telegram bot was created as the core of the entire exhibition. It effectively brought together digital, physical, and educational formats, while ensuring a high level of audience engagement.
