GOAL

Create an aggregator service for rental and sale of real estate in Russia and abroad, similar to CIAN (popular Russian rental site-service). It is important that the site has convenient filtering that can be quickly added/deleted/modified.

CONCEPT

The website is an aggregator of offers for renting and purchasing luxury real estate in Russia and abroad. The user can customize the filters according to their required categories and select the appropriate option. The client also offers additional services, such as consulting, marketing, and investments.

VISUALIZATION

For the website, we prepared an elegant animation for the logo's appearance on the homepage. The space theme is supported throughout the website design, with the main idea being: "EIGHTMIX" – a new universe in the world of real estate.

The globe also symbolizes the potential spread of the company’s services – real estate sales worldwide. If desired, users can turn on sounds on the website for additional immersion and an immersive experience.
